ZRPT flat single axis solar tracking system with tilted module is a combination of flat single axis solar tracking system and tilted single axis solar tracking system. It has one flat axis tracking the sun from east to west, with solar modules installed in a 5 - 10 degrees tilted angle. ZRPT solar trackers are split into centralized and decentralized tracker types. Centralized or distributed trackers use a single motor to power a driveline between rows that will move an entire segment of panels. Decentralized systems have one motor per tracking row. There are also instances of trackers with motors present on every set of racking, making rows more adjustable during installation and in some cases allowing them to track independently of neighboring modules.
The driving system adopts a self-developed special stainless steel shell linear actuator with internal and external protection. The rubber dust ring is used between the shells. At the same time, it has reverse self-locking function, strong impact resistance, and overall high protection and stability suitable for outdoor harsh environment. It has the characteristics of long service life, large output torque, convenient disassembly, stable operation and low operation and maintenance cost.
